1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request is initiated within 7-30 days]of the delivery date.
- The product is not a prescription medication, perishable item, or personalized medical device, as these items are non-returnable by law.
Note: Consumable health items such as supplements, creams, or test kits may be eligible for returns only if sealed and unused.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products.
- Prescription medications or items requiring special storage.
- Perishable goods (e.g., refrigerated medical supplies).
- Custom or personalized medical devices.
- Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale.
3. How to Request a Return
If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@rkgmedkart.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
- Package the item securely and include the RMA number in your return shipment.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item:
- Our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If approved, refunds will be credited o your original payment method within 7 business days.
Deductions:
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover return shipping costs.
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48-72 hours of receiving the product.
- Provide photos or evidence of the issue for verification.
- We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the nature of the problem.
6. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or incorrect items. If you require an exchange, contact us at sales@rkgmedkart.com and our team will assist you.
